Before their launch in 2021, The Duo approached me to design & build their automated email flows in Klaviyo, and to design a series of email marketing templates that they could easily use themselves going forwards to promote their brand.
I also managed their social content (design and copywriting) for the first 2 months after their launch to spearhead the look and feel, and to take some pressure off the team while they were in their busiest time of year.
